2.1 This site is operated by Carefinders. Carefinders is the data controller for any information collected on this site in accordance with United States law.

3 Personal data and purpose

3.1 When you engage in certain activities on this site, such as subscribing to newsletters or downloading information, you will be asked to provide information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. We will do this only for a specific purpose and under a contract which will require the third party to act only on our instructions, to adhere to relevant privacy legislation, to keep the data secure and confidential.

4.3 Except as declared in this policy Carefinders will not transfer personal data to other entities without consent from the visitor unless Carefinders is legally required to do so, for example, by a court order or subpoena.

5.1 Carefinders is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of non-Carefinders web sites to which any Carefinders web site may link.

6.1 Carefinders reserves the right to make changes to this policy. If we do we will publish the new policy on this site.

6.2 Carefinders will only use collected data for the purpose it was collected for originally unless we get your consent to use it for a new purpose.
